Will Heines is a Retirement Consultant at CCR. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the Boler School of Business at John Carroll University. Post-graduation, he spent 6 years at Empower Retirement as a Retirement Specialist where he handled investment questions, executed fund changes, and educated participants on their retirement accounts.

Joining CCR in 2022, Will provides insight to participant’s day to day actions and needs. He helps participants at each step, handling initial enrollment, reviewing investment strategies, and distribution options. As a Retirement Consultant, he analyzes and compares mutual funds making sure participants have access to the highest rated available funds. During plans transitions Will provides fund mapping strategies, fee analysis and input, ensuring that the plan’s investment outlook remain the same. Will holds Series 6 and 63 securities registrations.  Always ready to help, Will is excited about his opportunity at CCR, and is looking forward to continuing educating and addressing participant needs.

When he’s not helping clients at CCR, Will likes to think he’s an athlete. You can find him on the basketball court or local softball field. Besides being a huge sports fan, his favorite activities are reading and spending time with his 2 dogs Bo and Billy Girl.
