Tina Hallenbeck is a Senior Employee Benefits Consultant at CCR. She works with prospective clients to determine their insurance needs and maintains the firm’s existing clients’ Group Health, Dental, Vision, Life, Short and Long-Term Disability plans.

Tina has been employed in the health care insurance sector since 1989 and has managed a substantial number of businesses and their employees for the purpose of Group Employee Benefit plans. Additionally, she has broad knowledge of Consumer Directed Benefits including COBRA, FSAs, HSAs and HRAs, RFPs/contracting, implementation, strategic planning, benefit design, compliance, and legislative changes.

Tina resides in West Simsbury, CT along with her husband Kurt, their young adult sons Jacob and Nathan, and three rescue dogs! Additionally, Tina served as Secretary on her town’s elected seat Planning Commission and volunteered on Youth Sports for football, wrestling and lacrosse.
