Terry Lewis joined CCR in 2021 as an Employer Benefits Associate. Terry’s role involves discussing the client’s annual insurance policy renewals across all lines of insurance coverage and ensuring the plan benefits and pricing align with both the company’s and employees’ needs. He services group medical, dental, vision, and life and disability insurance for CCR’s existing clients. Terry also works with new prospective clients to determine their insurance needs, and then works to become appointed as a small and large group employer’s insurance broker and benefits administrator. Terry prepares and discusses any insurance plan changes with clients on an annual basis. He also serves as a point of contact for both employers and employees year-round in assisting with their various needs.

Prior to joining CCR, Terry has held various roles, all within the realm of the insurance industry. He has experience in underwriting, sales, client management, as well as financial analytics. He currently holds an active Insurance Producer’s license in the State of Connecticut. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Health Care Management from the University of Connecticut in 2005.

In his spare time, Terry enjoys fishing, playing pool, attending sporting events, and spending time with his two young daughters and his cat, Maverick. Terry is currently a member of the American Pool Players Association as well as the East Glastonbury Fish and Game Club.
