Lauren Roberts joined CCR as a Client Services Associate in 2023. She handles the processing of new business, preparation of client presentations, and daily maintenance for client investment accounts.

Lauren worked with both investment and insurance operations teams in the Albany, New York area for more than 15 years, bringing extensive knowledge and experience in the wealth management and disability, life, accident and health insurance sectors.

She has held the NYS Life, Accident and Health insurance license since February 2009 and is a Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional holding the FPQP® designation since November 2022.

She obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Sage College in Albany, New York.

In her free time, Lauren enjoys cooking at home, trying new restaurants, and exploring Caribbean Islands. On a nice day, if she’s not on a nature walk with her dog, Mason, she can be found spending time in her flower and vegetable gardens.
