As a Client Services Specialist, Registered Administrative Assistant with CCR, Crystal Giannoulis is a liaison between advisors, clients, product vendors and our broker dealer. She works closely with corporate account custodians, trustees, and participants in ensuring all account transactions are completed seamlessly. Crystal joined CCR in 2013, bringing with her experience working with retail clients and defined contribution plans at Putnam Investments. She also has experience handling account maintenance for retail accounts, and assisting participants with their 401K retirement account maintenance.

Crystal works closely with corporate clients; where she assists with managing plan transitions, changes and maintenance, participant enrollment, rollover assistance and scheduling fiduciary and educational meetings. Her ability to synthesize information combined with a meticulous attention to detail benefits both CCR’s individual and corporate clients.

Crystal earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Suffolk University, and holds the Series 7 and 63 securities registrations. Crystal is an active member of the Client Services, Corporate Services and Charity & Community Responsibility Committees. Crystal enjoys spending time with her husband and son, reading, playing board games, listening to music and going to the beach or pool with her family.
