Richard T. Moore, Jr. is a Financial Consultant whose work at CCR Wealth focuses primarily on corporate retirement plans. Having joined CCR Wealth in 2003, Richard analyzes retirement options for prospective and current corporate clients. His goal is to assist plan sponsors in providing the finest retirement plan outcome possible for each of his clients and their participants. Key to achieving that goal is helping plan sponsors manage their retirement plan as efficiently and cost-effectively as possible, and working to educate plan participants on the future of retirement.
“My goal is to help participants retire successfully by providing a top retirement plan, and safeguarding that fiduciary best practices are followed and documented. In my 15 years with CCR Wealth, I am proud to have been able to watch many clients retire comfortably, and of my success in increasing 401K participation for multiple clients by 30% or more.”
Richard is an Investment Advisor Representative and holds the Series 7, 63 and 65 securities registrations, and life and health insurance licenses. He earned the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® professional designation from the Center for Fiduciary Studies in association with the University of Pittsburgh. The AIF designation certifies that he has specialized knowledge of fiduciary standards of care and their application to the investment management process. Richard earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Bryant University. Prior to joining CCR Wealth, Richard’s experience included working for two major Wall Street Firms as a Financial Advisor to affluent individuals and small business owners.
An active member of the Corporate Services Committee at CCR Wealth, in 2017 Richard was named to the Retirement Plan Advisory Council for Cetera Advisors. He has been named as a Top Retirement Advisor by the Financial Times for two years in a row. Outside of CCR Wealth, Richard enjoys travelling and spending time with his wife and son. He coaches youth baseball and set up a nonprofit to support kids’ participation in the sport. He and his son can often be found enjoying their season tickets at many of Central Massachusetts’ local sports venues.
